Again a huge layout at the Brick World location! Some pictures before laying the tracks.
Automated Lego Road
The road consists of two equal MDF boards. 244x122 cm. Unnecessary space is cut out and with 5x5 cm beams, the head space for the train is created.
Here the track is layed out to see what is possible. After fixing the rails to board with small screws, the saw path is drawn by pencil using a Lego technic brick.
Dots are drawn which are afterwards connected to each other to create a perfect centered line.
Check if cars can pass each other at the 'almost crash in to each other' location.
Here the two lanes are the closest together to create a small section of two way traffic.
The markings proven to be harder to create as you might think.
